2017 Flexxifinger 70040 "N" DFO Crop Lifter

The Flexxifinger DFO Crop Lifter is designed for use on auger headers and is used for harvesting a variety of different crops including peas, cereals, oilseed, and other specialty crops. The lifter rail hugs the guard and the replaceable nylon finger is held in an adjustable receptor, allowing the combine operator to fine-tune the location of the lifter's forward lifting point for his specific conditions. The receptor is outfitted with a spring-steel tail which stands the crop up in front of the auger, optimizing crop flow into the machine allowing increased ground speeds.

Features may include:

• The DFO's finger receptor is adjustable this adjustability changes the angle and the forward lifting point of the nylon finger. This movement allows the user to individually fine-tune the angle and height of each nylon finger resulting in the lifters working in unison.

• The finger length of the Flexxifinger DFO Crop Lifter minimizes shatter loss by reducing the time it takes for the plant to get off the ground and onto the header, yet still strong enough to lift heavy cereal, oilseed and forage crops.

• The replaceable nylon finger is the weakest point of the lifter by design which minimizes the probability of steel components entering the combine.

• A bent or broken nylon finger can be replaced in less than a minute, significantly reducing downtime in the field.

• Flexxifinger uses the same patented QD technology on all its lifters, which makes it possible to quickly interchange different lifters on the same header without the need for removing the guard bolt each time.
